Capture your story in a timeless way with a handcrafted Tintype Portraits.
Using a 19th-century wet-plate collodion process, each tintype is created on a metal plate and developed by hand in the studio. The result is a one-of-a-kind photograph with unmatched depth, character, and permanence. Every plate is made from scratch during your session — no filters, no digital shortcuts, just traditional craftsmanship and a uniquely beautiful aesthetic that can’t be replicated by modern photography.

01 | How do I book a session?
Start by filling out the contact form or emailing me directly at ashleyjessenphotography@gmail.com. I’ll get back to you with availability, package details, and we’ll make a plan that fits your vision.
02 | What’s required to secure my date?
A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer (amount depends on your session type) are required to officially reserve your date.
03 | Do you offer payment plans or flexible pricing?
Absolutely. I believe everyone deserves beautiful photos—if cost is a concern, please reach out. We’ll see what we can do to make it work.
04 | Do you travel?
Yes! I love to travel and would be thrilled to document your moments anywhere. Travel fees apply outside my local area and are custom-quoted based on distance and lodging needs.
05 | When will we get our photos back?
You’ll receive an online gallery within 2–4 weeks for most sessions, and 6–8 weeks for weddings. Sneak peeks usually come within a few days!
06 | How many images will I receive?
It depends on your session type and package, but I never hold back. You’ll get all the best edited images—no upcharging for extras.
07 | What should we wear for our session?
I’ve got you! After booking, I’ll send a style guide and offer help with outfit choices to make sure your photos match your vibe.
08 | What if the weather is bad?
If we’re shooting outdoors and the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll reschedule at no extra cost or move to an indoor location if possible.
09 | Can we bring pets or props?
Yes, please! Pets, personal items, or meaningful props make your session more you. Just give me a heads up so I can prep accordingly.

I love sharing my clients’ beautiful moments, but your privacy comes first. Let me know if you prefer to keep your images private.
